Analytics Modul
Introduction
With the Analytics module, you can analyse the online shop using Google Analytics. From version 9, it is also possible to link Facebook Pixel.
Google Analytics
In order to use Google Analytics, you need a Google account. You can open this directly on the Google website:
https://www.google.ch/intl/de/analytics/
Below you will find individual instructions for each product that you use:
Facebook Pixel
By inserting the Facebook pixel in the Analytics module, you can measure the effectiveness of your Facebook adverts. The pixel links the behaviour of people in the online shop with their Facebook user profiles. Click here to go directly to the configuration instructions:
TikTok Pixel
By inserting the TikTok pixel in the Analytics module, you can measure the effectiveness of your TikTok advertising.

Hotjar
Hotjar is a tool that analyses the website and provides heatmaps: Using figures, you can see what is happening on the online system.

Data protection
As soon as the module is active, two variables are automatically added to the legal notice. These variables contain legal information regarding Google Analytics. The text can be customised in the administration under Settings - Languages - Customise all translated texts of the system under ‘GA Privacy Title’ and ‘GA Privacy’.
Module installation
After copying the files, you can switch to the administration and go to the ‘Modules’ menu. The Google Analytics module is now listed on the left-hand side under the modules that have not yet been installed.
The Analytics module must now be selected and the ‘Install’ button clicked. If the installation routine runs without any problems, this will be communicated on the following page.
The installation of the Analytics module is now complete. In order for the module to be used, it must now be customised to the specific configuration of the shop operator.
