Payment Status
Introduction
With this external PepperShop module, the payment status of an order can be managed (open, advised, paid). This simplifies the management of open items.

Display
In addition to the existing order status, a new column “Payment” with the option “edit” (pencil icon next to the colored dots) is visible.
Operation
With a click on the “edit” button, a new window opens in which the date of payment confirmation and payment receipt can be recorded. As soon as ‘Payment confirmation on:’ is recorded and the payment data is saved, the payment status display changes its color from red to yellow. If the payment receipt is also recorded, the display changes to green.

Furthermore, orders can be sorted by status under ‘Orders’. This simplifies searching for unpaid orders or by other criteria.

E-Content Module Bundle
Since with the E-Content module, the links to the virtual article are only released after receipt of payment for offline payment methods such as cash before delivery, this module is already part of the E-Content module (since PepperShop v.3.0) - it does not need to be purchased separately together with the E-Content module.
Installation
System Requirements
To use this module, at least a PepperShop v.3.0 Standard or Professional is required.
Copy and Upload Files
The Payment Status module consists of two files that must be copied into your installed PepperShop. First, extract the provided ZIP archive. The following files are included, shown here with the target directories:
{shopdir}/shop/shop/bezahlstatus.def.php | File {shopdir}/shop/Admin/shop_kunden_mgmt_bezahlstatus.php | File
The files can be easily uploaded to the web server via FTP or SCP. The placeholder {shopdir} stands for the shop directory on the web server, where among other things the file index.php together with README.txt can be found.
