Introduction

In Switzerland, there is no legal obligation to use General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Nevertheless, GTCs are advantageous, especially in online and mail order business, as there is a great need for regulation here.

PepperShop provides you with a GTC template. Please read these carefully and adapt the text if necessary. We recommend at least regulating the place of jurisdiction and cancellation in the GTC.

Companies that also serve customers in Germany should also include the cancellation policy required by German law and the corresponding sample cancellation form in their GTC.

Note: We are not legal advisors and accept no liability whatsoever. For legal advice, we recommend that you consult a lawyer.
