Analytics Modul

Google Analytics 4

Introduction You need a GA account for the Analytics module. If you do not yet have one, you can register here. Module configuration Open the Analytics Module screen in the administration under Modules – Google Analytics. Please activate the module by ticking the checkbox and then copy your MESS-ID from Google Analytics 4 into the module. You can find this in the administration under Data streams in the details of your stream. »

Google Tag Manager

Module configuration Open the Analytics module mask in the administration under Modules – Analytics. Please activate the module by ticking the checkbox, select ‘Use Google Tag Manager integration’ and then copy your GTM container ID into the field provided. »

Hotjar

Hotjar Hotjar helps you to better understand your customers’ user behaviour and know exactly what they like and don’t like. Using visual representations such as heat maps and recordings, Hotjar shows you how visitors move around your web shop. You can also integrate feedback and surveys to get direct feedback. Module Configuration Now switch to the administration of the online shop and activate the Hotjar configuration in the Analytics module. »

Universal Analytics

Introduction From 1 July 2023, data will no longer be processed with Universal Analytics. Universal Analytics (UA) is the previous generation of Google Analytics and was the default property type for websites until 14 October 2020. You need a UA account for the Analytics module.
