Delivery Countries & Shipping
Introduction
Would you like to create shipping methods in your shop? Then you’ve come to the right place! With the help of this guide, you can not only display the shipping options, but also customise them in detail to suit your needs. Now let’s get started:
Categories
Country groups
In the shop administration, you can select “Settings” → “Delivery countries/Shipping” → “Country group 1”. This will take you to the screen for editing country group 1. Here you can define country groups that have the same shipping method.
Minimum quantity surcharge
Here you can set the minimum quantity surcharge. You can also specify whether you want to charge VAT on shipping or display additional cost information.
Shipping methods for this country group
You can customise the individual shipping methods for each country group. To do this, click on “PostPac Economy” → “Edit”. In the following overview, you can change the name and the associated characteristics. You also have the option of configuring a shipping cost exemption. For example, define the conditions for local pickup or calculate shipping costs based on weight, price or as a flat rate.
Important: Don’t forget to save your changes.
After saving, you can click on “Back to country group”. There you can manage the accepted payment methods in the next step – add or remove payment methods.
Selecting the main delivery country
Under “Settings” → “Delivery countries/shipping” → “Select main delivery country”, you can select the main delivery country. The following countries are available: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, France, Austria and Germany.
Countries not delivered to
Under “Settings” → “Delivery countries/shipping” → “Countries not delivered to”, you can add further countries to the list. As long as a country is included in this list, it is considered not deliverable in the shop and is not available for selection by customers during the ordering process.
