Introduction

From version 9 in PepperShop, the customer card module can be added. The PDF module is required for the module. It allows you to create a customised card for your customers.

Module installation

Once the module has been installed by a technician, you can activate it in the shop administration under Modules -> Module administration.

Configuration

Once you have activated the module, you can switch to the configuration of the module. We will come back to the creation of the maps in the next chapter.

You can edit and display the title of the customer card in the General tab.

The Shop data tab contains some optional data about your shop. You can activate these if you wish. The shop data includes:

  • Our logo
  • Address
  • Phone no.
  • URL to the shop

You can also set which customer data should be displayed on the card in the Customer data tab.

  • Customer number
  • Customer name
  • Customer e-mail
  • Customer code (QR code for scanning, e.g. in the web checkout)

Under the Extras tab, you can display self-defined customer attributes on the card. You must first create these fields under Settings -> Customer attributes. It is important that the additional field is used and saved. It can then be selected here.

Customer management

You can edit the desired customer in Customer Management.

Then scroll all the way down and select ‘Show customer card’. Another tab opens with the customer card.

Module

Cards can also be created in the loyalty card module itself.

You can select a specific customer for whom you want to create the card. Or you can create all cards for new customers, which are all listed one after the other in a PDF.
