Introduction

This document describes the various options and possibilities for design implementation in your PepperShop, from design adjustment by the shop operator using Administration to seamless integration into an existing website with design implementation in detail. The shop system is responsive and presents content optimally for every class of device.

Design adjustment via administration

The administration offers extensive options for implementing your own layout. These adjustments can be made without programming knowledge.

In the video we tell you more about the possibilities of design adjustments in the administration.

You can then set up the content quickly and easily with the Content Editor.

Themes

Use themes to determine an ideal base theme. You can switch back to the original design at any time using the reset option. Figure 1: Administration Themes

Settings

Here you have the option to upload a new shop logo / favicon, select colors and fonts, select the position of the navigation and determine design detail adjustments.

Shop buttons

Under Shopbuttons you can customize the existing buttons by uploading your own image.

Upload pictures

Here you have the option of uploading individual image parts such as shop logos or backgrounds.

Implementation according to individual specifications

Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and an HTML template system, a given web shop layout detail can be implemented precisely. By separating the template system from the programming, you are able to transfer extensively customized designs to future shop versions with little effort.

You can have the design work implemented either directly by Glarotech GmbH or by any design/graphics agency.

Integration with CMS (Content Management System)

PepperShop can be integrated into any CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Typo3, …) with the extension module Design-Connector. All you have to do in the CMS is create an empty page for the shop with a placeholder. The website navigation is thus always integrated live in the shop. To the website visitor the shop and the website appear seamlessly as one system.
