E-Mail Editor
Introduction
From version 10 of PepperShop, you have the option to edit some email texts directly in the shop administration.
Email Templates
The templates for email communication between PepperShop and your customer can be found under Content → E-Mails.
Here you can click on the pencil for the desired template. The template for the email opens. If you have multiple languages activated, you can edit them individually. Note that the building blocks in curly brackets { } should not be adjusted. These building blocks are pulled directly from PepperShop and inserted with the correct information.
The email for the confirmation email cannot be edited here. You can adjust this in the shop administration under Settings → Languages → “Edit order completion and email”.
If you want to change the complete template, you can request this at support@glarotech.ch.
