Introduction
Do you have several shops and want to keep an overview of your POS devices and assign the different shops to their different warehouses? This is possible with this module. This module allows you to link your POS devices such as receipt printers, scanners, terminals, etc. to a specific location and user. Only the assigned POS hardware is then displayed in the web cash register.
Configuration
New location
Go to the Webkasse locations module in the Shop Administration under Modules.

this is an optional field. If you wish, you can fill in the address and it will appear on the receipt

Assignment
Here we can add the corresponding terminal and printer to the previously configured location.
Terminal assignment
- use this button to add an existing terminal to the previously configured location 2 Here you can select the location you have created.
- select the corresponding terminal type here
- here you can select the terminal that should only be visible at this location
Printer assignment
This works in the same way as the terminal assignment. Please follow the instructions above.
Add location to cash register user
In order for the locations to be visible in the cash register, you must add the location to the cash register user. You can do this as follows.
- the previously created location should be visible here
- go to the Operations area and click on the ‘Edit’ button to add a location to the cash register user
Select the location for this checkout user here. If you then log in to the cash register, you should see the selected terminals under Settings.
Statistics and warehouse management
You can select the location in the statistics and receive an analysis based on the location. With the multi-warehouse module, you can assign several warehouses to several locations so that the warehouse is always adapted to the location.
