Introduction

From version 10 of the PepperShop, you can also purchase the blog module.

You can use this module to post blog posts on your online shop. Your customers can view all of these articles and stay up to date.

Configuration

After the technician has installed the module, it will be displayed in the shop administration under Modules.

The configuration of the module is divided into two steps.

1. Module administration

You can make basic settings for the module in the module administration.

You can also set up blog categories here. These categories are then also displayed on the customer side as soon as there is a blog post in this category.

2. Blog content

You create the blog itself under Content -> Blog. You can create a new blog or edit an existing one.

If you click on the cogwheel, you can also add the blog post to a previously generated blog category.

After you have created the amount, go to Contents -> Menu.

Here you can either add the individual blog posts or the entire blog overview. You can add these in the main menu, for example.

Customer side

Once you have made the settings, the blog module looks like this on the customer side.

In the main navigation you will find the page “Blog overview”

This blog overview shows your customers the blogs. In the right-hand column you will also find the categories created and the latest posts. The creation date is also displayed, as we have activated this in the configuration.

With this module you can always keep your customers up to date.
