SMTP settings

Introduction

In this guide, we explain step by step how to make the SMTP settings.

The SMTP settings are used to ensure that you continue to receive order confirmation emails.

Configuration

Go to your shop admin

Under Settings > General you will find the “SMTP settings for own mail dispatch” under point 3

Under point 3, you must activate “Use SMTP” and then enter the SMTP host, the SMTP port, the SMTP user and the SMTP password. You can then send a test mail.
